From day one there were follow ups. The builder was awesome at explaining things to my spouse at the initial property orientation, the loan officer from Inspire Home Loans worked diligently with me up to closing day, and the agent from Century Communities was also was on-point from the very first day. Purchasing a new home can be a bit stressful, but I must say, the process was smooth and we were able to close on-time and with a much lower interest rate. Thank you to everyone involved.
